Do you schedule cleaning on the same day as trash and recycle days?
To ensure that your trashcans are as clean as possible, we schedule your cleaning the day after your trash and recycle pick up days. This ensures our truck doesn’t beat your cities recycling and trash trucks.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
You don’t need to be home on your cleaning day. We will notify you the day before your cleaning is scheduled. Just ensure your cans are on the curb or in front of the garage and are empty. Wrappers stuck to the bottom are fine. Just no trash bags.
What happens if my scheduled cleaning falls on a holiday?
If your cleaning falls on a holiday, you will be scheduled for cleaning on your next trash pick-up day.
How do I know when my cans will be serviced?
Lonestar Cans will notify you via text the day before your scheduled cleaning.
What are my payment options?
Zelle-make sure you text the name associated with the account. Cash or Check left under your front door the day of service.
How do I schedule another cleaning?
You simply just text us the next time you want to schedule a cleaning. You are in our system as a customer, and we will get you scheduled as soon as possible.
